The foundation of this stunning design features Techo-Bloc Eva pavers in a contemporary Champlain Grey, offering a clean, expansive surface that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. To define the space and add a touch of refined contrast, we incorporated a distinguished 6”x13” Chestnut Brown border, providing a warm, inviting frame. The luxurious feel extends to the pool area, where Raffinato Chestnut Brown pool coping was expertly installed, ensuring a cohesive and high-end finish that enhances the entire outdoor environment.

Elevating this project beyond traditional hardscaping, Francione Design Group integrated a bespoke custom turf inlay design. This innovative feature introduces a unique textural element, offering a vibrant green contrast to the pavers while providing a low-maintenance, comfortable surface.
